We may automatically collect:

• Advertising identifiers where permitted (IDFA on iOS after you grant tracking permission; Google Advertising ID on Android)

### 4. Payment Methods & Information


PetYard supports the following payment methods:


• **Cash on Delivery (COD)** — pay in cash when your order arrives.  

• **POS on Delivery** — pay by card to the courier using a portable card machine.  

• **Card Payment (Online)** — securely processed through Paymob, a licensed Egyptian payment gateway. Supports Visa, Mastercard, and Meeza cards.  

• **Instapay (Bank Transfer)** — transfer the order total to one of our bank accounts and upload a screenshot of the confirmation.


**Important notes:**


• PetYard does not store any card or payment credentials.  

• Online card transactions are handled entirely by Paymob and are subject to Paymob's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.  

• Instapay transfers are manual; orders are confirmed after our team verifies the screenshot.  

• All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).  

• PetYard does not charge any additional fees on any payment method.


#### 4.1 In-App Purchases and Subscriptions


PetYard does not offer subscriptions or recurring billing. All purchases are one-time transactions for physical pet products or bookable services (grooming, clinic, shower).


Payments are collected upon order confirmation. For Cash on Delivery and POS on Delivery, payment is collected at the time of delivery.


#### 4.2 Refunds and Disputes


If you believe there is an incorrect charge, contact us at ziadelsokary1997@gmail.com before opening a dispute with your bank. We will investigate and resolve it promptly.


Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

#### 10.1 AppsFlyer Attribution & Analytics


We use AppsFlyer to understand how users discover, install, and use our app.


AppsFlyer may collect:


• Device information (model, OS version, app version)  

• Install, app open, and in-app events (sign up, sign in, product views, add to cart, checkout, purchase)  

• Advertising identifiers where permitted (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android)  

• IP address  

• Account user ID when you are logged in


**AppsFlyer does NOT receive from us:**


• Your name, email, or phone number directly  

• Payment card or bank details  

• Pet profile content or private messages


**Purpose:** measure marketing effectiveness, improve user acquisition, and analyze app performance.

#### 10.2 Meta (Facebook) App Events


We use the Meta (Facebook) SDK to measure app activity and advertising performance.


Meta may collect:


• App opens and in-app events (registration, product views, add to cart, wishlist, checkout, payment step, purchases)  

• Device and app information  

• Advertising identifiers where permitted  

• Account user ID when you are logged in  

• Order value and currency for purchase events (not payment card numbers)


Meta does NOT receive payment card credentials from PetYard.


**Purpose:** analytics, advertising measurement, and campaign optimization.

#### 10.3 Advertising Identifiers & Your Choices


On **iOS**, PetYard may show Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you allow tracking, the app may share your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) with AppsFlyer and Meta for attribution and analytics. If you deny tracking, analytics still run using limited data that does not rely on cross-app tracking.


On **Android**, the app may use the Google Advertising ID (GAID) for similar analytics and attribution purposes, subject to your device ad personalization settings.


**How to opt out or limit tracking:**


• **iOS:** Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking — disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track" or deny PetYard individually  

• **Android:** Settings > Google > Ads — enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization"


You may also uninstall the app or contact us to request account deletion.

### 12. Returns & Refunds Policy


PetYard provides a return and refund policy under the following conditions:


#### 12.1 Eligibility for Returns


• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging  

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase  

• Proof of purchase (receipt) is required  

• Returns are accepted in-store only


#### 12.2 Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return:


• Opened food or treats  

• Used products  

• Items showing signs of use by pets  

• Custom-made or personalized items


#### 12.3 Damaged or Defective Items


Damaged or defective products may be returned. Customers may receive a replacement or full refund.


#### 12.4 Refund Process


Refunds are issued using the original payment method (including Paymob payments where applicable).


Processing time is typically 5–7 business days after approval.
